DTI ServersMan@VPS（CentOS7）のログ監視方法（logwatch）です。
logwatchとは、サーバのログを分かりやすくメールで送信してくれるソフトウェアです。

logwatchのインストール

yum install logwatch

 

/etc/cron.dailyに0logwatchが作成されました。

 

 

 

logwatchの設定

 

■設定ファイルの確認

cat /etc/logwatch/conf/logwatch.conf

Local configuration options go here
(defaults are in /usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/logwatch.conf)

デフォルトは「/usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/logwatch.conf」との記載が有りました。

 

 

■現在の設定の確認

cat /usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/logwatch.conf

 

 

■設定ファイルの編集

メール送信先のみ変更しました。

 

vi /etc/logwatch/conf/logwatch.conf

MailTo = 送信先メールアドレス

 

 

 

メール受信確認

 

■0logwatchを実行します（メールを送信します）

/etc/cron.daily/0logwatch

 

正しくメール受信できました。
